I was looking for a translation service, as I needed to translate very important document form English to Spanish. It appeared to be very hard, because most custom writing services offer only writing or editing. I entered this site accidentally and noticed that it performs the kind of service that I actually needed. So, I checked this site once again and it seemed to be reliable. I liked the fact that the design was modern and professional. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to believe that this site is reliable and will complete my order on the highest possible level, as translation is not a very difficult task. I filled the form in which I described my requirements for translation, uploaded the document and sent it to the admin. In a few hours only he replied me back.

Price Policy

 You will not find prices on the site, as all the prices are counted by the admin only. It is difficult to predict what the price will be, as he invents them as he wants. That is why I am sure that prices are high because of the fact that this company fools the customers. Translation of 20 pages of the document cost me $289. It is too much. It is possible to find cheaper prices as on this Site , for example. As I had no other choice and I was tired of searching, I decided to make an order on the site.

Quality of paper

You cannot even imagine how disappointed I was to receive the translated document. Instead of 20 pages I received only 12. Of course, I know that the reduction or extension of the text are possible, but it couldn’t take 8 pages of my text. As it appeared further, the writer just avoided some parts which he could not translate. That was really unprofessional!

Quality of Support is good, as they sent my paper for free revision very fast!

I guess that this company is still developing and has to work on the improvements.
